Dr. David Farkas is a kind, gentle, thorough dentist. I was blessed to have Dr. Farkas become my dentist, he’s such a pleasant man. My husband has been coming to Dr. Farkas since his young adulthood, so when I married the hubby was like “this is our dentist”. We actually travel from Catalina to come here for our SMILES! I would highly recommend Dr. Farkas to everyone. Having a good dentist is important, so if you’re searching for one I would definitely suggest you try his offices!
Dr. Farkas is the real deal he has integrity and cares about his patients. Dr. Farkas gave me two perfect crowns and no needle pain. Dr. Farkas and staff Julie, Janet, Maria and Vianey work as a team with no sneaky stuff and everything is written down on paper.
I am so grateful I was referred to this office. Dr. Lee is incredible, very gentle hand very attentive to me and asking if I had pain and numbing me If it did still hurt. I was in between insurances at the time and the prices were more than reasonable for all the procedures I needed. They also worked with me to help figure out what best course of action would be for me. I didn’t wait that long and all the staff was very pleasant sweet and kind. I came in needing a same day appointment and they were able to accommodate me and get me out of pain. I am so happy I found them. I would refer any and everyone here!!
This dental office is the best there is! I’ve been to numerous dental places and this one is the most competent and I wish I would have just come back instead of going else where (where I gotten a poorly done crown on top of an infection that was not dealt with and ended up getting that tooth extracted). I’m sure if I would have returned to this dental office, I could have saved the tooth! Well, I’m back and I am so glad I did. The staff are great! Dr. Farkus is so calming and reassuring and will make you feel that you are in good hands. From the last time I was there to now, it seems the office is up to date with the latest technology and treatments. I look forward to my appointments and getting my oral health back!
I wish I had known about this dental location sooner!! I love it here!! It has such a homie feel to it. Every single person at this location makes you feel at ease, which I truly appreciate since I’ve always gotten super anxious when it comes to visiting the dentist. Gives you all the information you need about any dental procedures you need and the costs right away. Answer any questions/concerns you might have. Truly a hidden gem. Dr. Farkas did a great job in putting together his entire dental team.
I’ve been coming to this Dr. Farkas since I was a kid. My entire family has been treated by Dr. Farkas. The Dental Assistances are friendly. Dr. Farkas is an excellent Dentist and he does not oversell you on procedures that you do not need. The front office is very friendly. Again, I’ve been coming to this office for several years.
I love this Dentistry! The front office assistant Julie and her team are amazing! Julie was able to fit me in for a same day appointment and thankfully received the treatment I needed. Dr. Farkas is very sweet and has a soft hand when it comes down to do any fillings or cleanings. I love how they discuss with you their financial plans if you have insurance or no insurance, or how much each treatment will cost you before doing it. I would recommend every patient to estimate an extra half an hour into their appointment if they need to go back to work. Overall I recommend this place and can’t wait to make it my home after so many dental places I have gone.
I LOVE THIS DENTIST!!!! They are always so kind and helpful yet serious about their work. They play close attention to detail and really do care about your teeth. I always feel nervous before and appointment but once i get in there i feel at ease and know that i am being well taken care of. I travel from Koreatown for this dentist because i dont trust anyone else!!!
My family and I have been coming to Dr.Farkas for about 45 years. My grandparents, parents and now my siblings! Dr. Farkas is amazing! He is very gentle, patient and Precise. He calms your nerves and makes sure you feel comfortable during the whole process! He has an amazing staff who are very friendly.

I was so impressed with with Dr. Farkas and his staff. He is such a wonderful human being. He is a highly skilled and very caring and gentle dentist. I felt so well taken care of and I had 100% trust that I was in good hands. I had a very difficult extraction that had to be done and I was referred to Dr. Farkas. He told me that he would try his best but that there was a possibility that the tooth would break off and he might have to refer me to an oral surgeon. Well as a testament to his skill and expertise, he did it and I hardly felt a thing! I thought I would probably be in pain once the Novocain wore off but I never did have ANY pain afterward. Not only is Dr. Farkas a great dentist,he is eloquent, soft spoken and exudes kindness and compassion. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Dr. Farkas to anyone seeking dental care!
I have dentophobia, so going to a dentist every 6 months even for simple cleanings gives me anxiety, stress, and has always been an unhappy experience. I just tolerated this, thinking this was a normal thing of my adulthood. That is, until Dr. Farkas. I was recommended him by my colleague, and am SO glad I found him. I would normally never have found him as I live in Silver Lake and try to keep all my appointments down in that area. So this was a worthy find and I will never go to another dentist again. Their hygienists are always thorough and genuinely care about getting my teeth back to one. Today, Grisela did an incredible job cleaning and polishing. Really getting in there, but with no pain or discomfort! Dr. Farkas also amazingly never seems to have an off day or bad day. If he does, he must hide it well. He is always patient, uplifting, and well versed with dentistry options and of the craft.
It was my first time here and I felt they’ve known me forever. Dr Farkas and his staff make you feel welcomed immediately. My wife recommended him.. and although I’m not married to you all , I recommend him as well.
I’ve been going to dr Farkas for almost 30 years. He is kind, deeply experienced and caring. The office staff is first rate. Had an implant there that was expertly done. I drive 30 minutes each way to see dr Farkas… and I would drive an hour…
My dentist had stopped accepting medi-cal and my teeth were in dire need of help, was recommended by a friend to check this place out and cant believe what I had been missing out the past 15 years. The staff here are incredibly helpfull and nice, along with the hygenist and Dr. Farkas. would defintely recommend checking this place out if looking for a great dentist. Plus parking is great and the office is nice!
Dr. Farkas is the best dentist. I will always go there as long as he is there. The staff is great! The dental hygienist is wonderful also. They are honest, friendly and helpfull with any questions you have, and you never feel like you are bothering them. I have to pay cash, because I have no dental insurance and their prices are reasonable.
They always take good care of me. They give free a baggie with toothpaste, toothbrush, and floss. I visit every 4 months to prevent periodontal disease. It’s never fun to go to the dentist, lol. A lot of it is I need to take better care of my own teeth by flossing. But, when I signed up for Covered CA, I chose a package to keep this dentist. 🙂
